1. Eligibility and Age Verification
By entering this competition, you confirm that you are a professional bartender aged 18 years or older (or the legal drinking age in your country). Proof of age and professional status may be requested. Failure to provide accurate information or meet eligibility will result in disqualification.
2. Originality and Intellectual Property
All cocktail recipes submitted must be original creations by the participant. By submitting your recipe(s), you warrant that the work is your own and does not infringe any third-party rights.
3. Grant of Rights
By participating and submitting your cocktail recipes, photos, and videos (“Submissions”), you grant the organizer a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, non-exclusive license to:
This includes the right to incorporate the recipes into commercial use, such as featuring them in bars, menus, promotional materials, or product development without additional compensation.
4. Use of Personal Data
Personal information collected during registration will be used solely for managing the competition, communicating with participants, and announcing winners. Information will be handled in accordance with relevant data protection laws and will not be shared with third parties without consent.
5. Disqualification
Submissions that are plagiarized, offensive, illegal, or violate any of these rules will be disqualified. The organizer reserves the right to remove any participant or entry at their discretion.
6. Liability Waiver
By participating, you agree to release and hold harmless the organizer, sponsors, and associated parties from any liability resulting from participation in the competition or use of your Submissions.
7. Acceptance of Terms
By submitting your application and entering the competition, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these official rules and terms.

The competition will take place in two stages:

Eligibility Criteria
The competition is open to professional bartenders aged 18 years or older who are currently working in an approved or recognized bar, restaurant, or venue. Proof of professional status and workplace may be requested.
Registration Process
To participate, bartenders must complete the online application form available via the provided registration link.
Soft Drinks Provided
Participants choose 4 flavors out of 9 available in the application form. Each participant will receive 5 bottles (220 ml each) of their selected flavors and each box will contain 4 bottles of Olive and Lemon tonic.
Sample Dispatch Date
Samples of soft drinks will be shipped on the day after applying exclusively to confirmed participants.

Judging Criteria
Cocktails will be evaluated based on creativity, highlighting the spirit, presentation, balance, relevance to the chosen category, and practicality for bar service. Detailed scoring methods will be announced later.
